Between the 1st and the 31st. They give your name at the front desk (we'll ask who sent them).

Once they've completed three billing cycles.
The details
- They have to join as a Standard Member. Add-ons don't count.
- They have to join between October 1 and October 31.
- Your comped month applies after their third billing cycle — so an October join means a January comp.
- No cap. Bring in four people, get four comped months, back to back.
- Your membership needs to be active when the month lands.
- Comped months apply to your membership only. Not transferable, no cash value.
FAQs
Do add-ons count?
No. The person you bring in has to join as a Standard Member for the comped month to apply.
Can I earn more than one?
Yes. Bring in four Standard Members, get four comped months, back to back.
Is there a code?
No codes. Your friend just says your name when they sign up — and we'll ask them anyway.
When does my free month actually land?
After they've completed three billing cycles. Someone who joins in October hits that in January, so that's when your comped month applies. Nothing to claim — we'll apply it and tell you.
What if they cancel before then?
Then the comped month doesn't apply. The reward is for bringing in someone who stays.
Does my friend get anything?
Not this time. They pay the standard rate. This one's a thank-you to you.
They joined but forgot to say my name. Can we fix it?
Talk to the front desk within a week of their join date and we'll sort it. After that it gets difficult, so make sure they mention it on the day.
What if two of us both told the same person about this place?
Whoever's name they give at sign-up. We won't split it, and we won't ask them to choose twice.
Do I have to still be a member when it lands?
Yes. The comped month applies to an active membership.
Is there a deadline?
They have to join between October 1 and October 31. After that the window's closed — we're doing this once, properly, rather than running it forever until nobody notices.
Can I give my free month to someone else?
No. It applies to your membership only, and it isn't redeemable for cash.
