The Cold Plunges
Most gyms in Austin have zero cold plunges. The nice ones have one, and there's a line. We built three.

Contrast Therapy, Built In
Four multi-person plunge pools — with both hot and cold options — sit steps from the sauna and the gym floor. Dialed-in temperatures, cleaned and maintained daily, and big enough that you're not waiting behind six people to get your three minutes.
The plunges sit directly across from our 20-person Finnish sauna, because they're designed to be used together. Heat, cold, repeat. Reduced soreness, better circulation, and the kind of nervous-system reset people build entire studios around — ours is forty feet from the racks.
Why Plunge at a Gym Instead of a Studio?
Because recovery works best when it's attached to the thing you're recovering from. Standalone contrast studios ask you to drive across town and book a slot. Our members finish a lift, walk forty feet, and get in — training, sauna, and plunges designed as one system, under one roof.
The full contrast setup, forty feet from your last set. That's kind of the whole idea.
