The Women's Locker Room
Warm wood, arched mirrors, and vanity seating with Dyson dryers waiting — you can go straight from a lift to a meeting without going home first. Towels are on the shelf, the toiletries are stocked, and the women-only infrared sauna is right inside the locker room.
The Men's Locker Room
Navy tile, dark wood, grooming products on the counter, and rolled towels on the shelf. Private glass showers with a teak walk-off. No wet floors, no missing soap dispenser, no locker room smell — just a space that holds up its end of the membership.

Everything here exists so the gym fits into your real day — the 5:45am session before the office, the lunch lift, the evening reset. Show up with your workout clothes and nothing else.

Yes. Both locker rooms have private glass-door showers with towels and toiletries provided, so you can come straight from work or head there next.
The women's locker room has a private women-only infrared sauna. The 20-person Finnish sauna sits in the recovery suite and is co-ed.
The locker rooms are open the full gym hours: Mon–Thu 5am–9pm, Fri 5am–7pm, Sat–Sun 7am–5pm.
