PRIVACYPOLICY

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how THIS Gym (“THIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, contact us, book a tour, or become a member.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. When you fill out a form, book a tour, inquire about membership, or sign up, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to include in a message.
• Membership and payment information. When you purchase a membership or product, your payment is processed by our third-party payment and membership providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, primarily through analytics cookies.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule tours.
• To set up and manage your membership and purchases.
• To send you information you request, including transactional messages and, where you have opted in, updates about THIS Gym.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — such as membership management and scheduling platforms, payment processors, email and text-messaging tools, and analytics providers — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you opt in to receive text messages from THIS Gym, your mobile phone number and your SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use your number only to send the messages you signed up for, such as tour confirmations, membership updates, and, where you have opted in, promotional messages about THIS Gym.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect your membership or your ability to reach us by other means.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the site.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. To make a request, please reach out through our contact page.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and memberships are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
