Membership
We offer monthly and annual memberships, both with full access to all amenities including the training floor, recovery suite, classes, and cafe discounts.
Members get full access to everything at THIS Gym — open gym, group classes, yoga, mat Pilates, unlimited reformer Pilates, recovery spa, and cafe. Current rates are on the sign-up page.
Yes. We offer facility tours, $75 day passes, and a $150 Weekend Pass that gives you unlimited access for three consecutive days — so you can experience the space, equipment, and amenities before committing. Schedule a tour through our contact page.
Monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Annual memberships waive the initiation fee in exchange for a 12-month commitment.

Facilities
Monday through Thursday: 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Friday: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Holiday hours may vary.
Yes, we have convenient gated parking available to all members at no additional cost.
Yes. All members have access to luxury locker rooms with towel service, Dyson styling stations, premium toiletries, and personal lockers.
Our recovery suite includes 3 custom cold plunges, a 20-person Finnish sauna, a women's infrared sauna, and on-site Dynamic Sports Medicine.
Classes
We offer Reformer Pilates, hot yoga, mat Pilates, functional training, and coach-led group sessions. Class schedules will be available closer to opening.
Yes. Group classes, yoga, mat Pilates, and unlimited reformer Pilates are all included with your membership. Private sessions and personal training are booked separately.
Policies
All memberships are subject to one final billing cycle and the membership will remain active until the last day of that cycle.
All members must be 18+. Exceptions may be made for non-member personal training options.
At this time, we do not offer membership holds. Medical and military freezes will be honored; additional documentation may be requested.
All members receive one complimentary guest pass per month. A single guest may visit more than once in one month, provided they are the guest of a different member each time. Additional visits will require the purchase of a day pass.
