Facilities
Monday through Thursday: 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Friday: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Holiday hours may vary.
Yes, we have convenient gated parking available to all members at no additional cost.
Yes. All members have access to luxury locker rooms with towel service, Dyson styling stations, premium toiletries, and personal lockers.
Our recovery suite includes 4 custom cold plunges, a 15-person Finnish sauna, a women's infrared sauna, and on-site Dynamic Sports Medicine.
Classes
We offer Reformer Pilates, hot yoga, mat Pilates, functional training, and coach-led group sessions. Class schedules will be available closer to opening.
Most group classes are included with your membership. Specialty sessions like private Pilates reformer sessions may have additional fees.
Policies
Monthly members may cancel with 30 days notice. Annual members may cancel after their 12-month commitment period.
Members must be 18 or older. We may offer supervised teen access in the future.
Members can bring guests with a day pass purchase. Guest passes are available at the front desk.
