1. Membership Agreement

By purchasing a membership at THIS Gym (“the Facility”), you agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies established by the Facility. Memberships are non-transferable and for the sole use of the named member.

2. Payment & Billing

Monthly membership dues are billed automatically on the same date each month. Annual memberships are billed as a single payment or in installments as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed through our authorized payment partner.

3. Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual memberships are subject to the terms of the 12-month commitment period. Founding membership rate locks are contingent on maintaining continuous membership.

4. Facility Use

Members are expected to use all equipment and facilities responsibly. The Facility reserves the right to revoke membership for misuse of equipment, disruptive behavior, or violation of facility policies. Members use all equipment and facilities at their own risk.

5. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using the Facility, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activities and assume all risks of injury. You are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

6. Liability

THIS Gym, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from the use of the Facility, its equipment, or services, except as required by law.

7. Guest Policy

Members may bring guests in accordance with the Facility guest policy. Members are responsible for their guests behavior and compliance with all facility rules. Guest passes may be purchased at the front desk.

8. Personal Property

The Facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lockers are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed to be secure. Members are encouraged to keep valuables secured.

9. Modifications

THIS Gym reserves the right to modify these terms, facility hours, class schedules, amenities, and pricing with reasonable notice to members. Continued use of the Facility after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
