• Conduct hourly "Pristine Walkthroughs" of the lobby, gym floor, locker rooms, and common areas to ensure every surface is spotless and organized.
• Ensure the gym's aesthetic, from lighting and scent to towel presentation and equipment alignment, is always "opening day" ready.
• Proactively manage cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure we never run out of the premium touches our members expect.

High-Touch Member Engagement

• Lead the team in personalized greetings, remembering member names, and anticipating their needs before they ask.
• Transition from behind the desk to the floor. Engage with members during their workouts to ensure they feel the THIS community.
• Act as the gym expert for our members, providing information on amenities, personal training, and community partnerships.
• Lead tours for prospective members, focusing on the value of our premium environment.

Team Leadership

• Train and mentor Concierge team members on the art of premium service and the "Pristine Clean" checklist. Assist in scheduling and managing the front of house team.
• Manage incident reports, safety checklists, and other necessary documentation.

• The "Hospitality Heart": You have a background in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium fitness.
• Obsessive Attention to Detail: You are the person who notices a smudge on a window or a towel out of place from across the room.
• Austin Energy: You are a natural connector who thrives on building relationships in a fast-paced, health-conscious city.
• Experience: 2+ years in hospitality, retail management, or fitness front-desk operations.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with gym management software is a major plus.
• Problem Solver: You can handle a morning rush and a technical glitch simultaneously without losing your cool.
